1. Store Activities and Announcements:
I’ll be opening my store for various intervals (selling periods). During this time, I’ll have a number of items for sale. I may list the same items as I did during a previous selling period, or I may have different items depending on available inventory and other factors. I’ll make announcements about approaching selling periods on this site and the facebook page about 1-2 weeks beforehand.
2. Item availability:
All items and combinations are sold as is. The items and quantities I publicly list online during a selling period are what I have available, and I’m holding off on commissions and special orders at this time. My website provider’s built-in shopping cart inventory control should minimize overselling. However, if an item is oversold, I’ll try to complete orders on a first-come, first-serve basis with the limited reserve that I’ve set aside for such cases. If I run out of reserve inventory, I’ll try to contact customers and offer substitute products with similar prices.
3. Sales Policy:
I currently use PayPal for online transactions through this site and the etsy site. All sales are final.
4. Shipping:
Items currently just ship within the U.S. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks from the time you place your order to the time you expect to receive your item(s). Exact delivery dates are at the discretion of the mail service.
I will aim to ship most items using padded envelopes or flat rate boxes, but will substitute other methods for items that do not fit within standard dimensions for these shipping containers. Any actual shipping costs in excess of the calculated shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.
5. Miscellaneous:
Some larger items may occasionally appear for sale and have special circumstances which are described in their product pages. Unless stated otherwise in their product pages, the details in #1-4 above also apply. I may periodically make changes to these store policies as I figure out what’s working for me and what needs improvement.
